The current project aimed at the biodegradation of 3-Nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one (NTO) to mineralized end products in continuous-flow columns packed with perlite and soil. The raw data corresponds to sequences of 16S rRNA gene from packing materials, inocula, and samples of the continuous-flow columns.
