Tracheal intubation, while essential in anesthesia and critical care, often leads to complications such as tracheal stenosis. Despite advances in endoscopic interventions, recurrence rates remain high, and effective pharmacological treatments are lacking. This study aimed to investigate the early pathological changes and molecular mechanisms underlying post-intubation tracheal stenosis using a rabbit model.
