This dataset contains the following 4 zipped files, representing image data from an in situ stereoimaging system for zooplankton observations. These constitute two separate movie sequences (each sequence consists of two simultaneously recorded files from the primary and secondary cameras of the stereo-imaging system respectively).
Ctenophore_Primary: Individual images from primary camera showing ctenophore movement [N=261 images].
Ctenophore_Secondary: Individual images from secondary camera showing ctenophore movement [N=261 images].
FishSchool_Primary: Individual images from primary camera showing fish school movement [N=63 images].
FishSchool_Secondary: Individual images from secondary camera showing fish school movement [N=63 images].
