PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber non-woven fabric composite which has good surface property， and is excellent in adhesion between the composite and an adhesive when being bonded with the adhesive or the like. SOLUTION: There is provided a carbon fiber non-woven fabric composite that is a composite which contains a carbon fiber and a thermoplastic resin fiber and is obtained by stacking a carbon fiber non-woven fabric formed by a wet paper-making method and a thermoplastic resin sheet， in which a maximum height (Rz) of a roughness curve on the surface of the composite is 1.0 μm or more and 8.0 μm or less， and a load length ratio (Rmr) of the roughness curve in a cut level of 30% is 0.1% or more and 5.0% or less.
