Anonymized Interview Data on Educational Representations among Senegalese Migrant Youth in Tenerife

This dataset contains anonymized qualitative interview data collected for a study examining social representations of education among Senegalese migrant youth in Tenerife, Spain. The dataset comprises transcribed and anonymized semi-structured interviews conducted with young Senegalese participants. The interviews explored their educational experiences, migration trajectories, beliefs and meanings attributed to education, and their relationship with personal life projects and future trajectories. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted in Spanish or French, according to participants’ language preference. The interviews were analyzed using thematic content analysis. All data have been anonymized to protect participants’ identities and confidentiality. Direct identifiers and potentially identifying personal information have been removed or modified. The dataset is provided exclusively for academic and research purposes.
