SPECIAL PHYSICAL TRAINING OF YOUNG HANDBALL PLAYERS AT THE INITIAL TRAINING STAGE

This article comprehensively examines the theoretical and practical foundations of special physical training for young handball players at the initial stage of preparation. The study analyzes the role of developing specific physical qualities in the training process of young athletes, their impact on the effectiveness of game performance, and the pedagogical principles of organizing training sessions. Particular attention is given to methodological approaches for developing physical qualities specific to handball, such as speed, agility, strength, endurance, jumping ability, and coordination of movements. Furthermore, the research scientifically substantiates issues related to planning training sessions in accordance with age characteristics, the use of special game-based exercises, the gradual increase of training loads, and the reinforcement of motor skills. The findings of the study contribute to the development of important methodological recommendations for the effective training of young handball players, ensuring their physical development and forming the foundation for further sports mastery.
