CET1 ratio of Italian bank UBI Banca 2014-2019

The Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio of Italian bank UBI Banca decreased overall over the period from 2014 to 2018. In fact, after registering a value of 12.33 percent in 2014, the bank's CET1 ratio decreased gradually to 11.7 percent in 2018. As of 2019, the bank's CET1 ratio increased again, reaching 12.34 percent.The CET1 ratio measures a bank’s capital against its assets and it is an instrument used to gauge a bank's capital strength.
