Benchmark dataset used in the J2O publication

This dataset has been used to evaluate the time saved when transfering data using the JIPipe 2 OMERO plugin instead of the OMERO nodes provided by JIPipe. The dataset is a multichannel fluorescence microscopy dataset obtained by Simranpreet Kaur of the Jena Microbial Resource Collection. It was cropped to limit the size to 1.85 GB, containing a 3D time series with 60 time points and 30 optical sections per time point, recorded in four channels. Note that the dataset serves as an arbitrary example and does not represent a biological result.
