Enhanced blood sampling for ultra-sensitive detection of ctDNA and CTCs in neoadjuvant-treated early breast cancer patients

The main aim of this study is the development of a novel and cost-effective methodology to detect residual disease (RD) after neoadjuvant therapy and surgery using high volumes of blood in BC patients with localized tumors.- Correlation between presence of RD post-NAC and MRD in blood and determination of pathological complete response (PCR) in tumor tissue after NAC.- Correlation between blood RD and MRD and clinicopathological characteristics.- Post-surgery MRD detection to anticipate disease relapse.
