Administrative Account 2022: Department of Haute-Garonne

This dataset proposes the administrative account of the Department of Haute-Garonne for the financial year 2022. Five datasets, produced by the Departmental Finance Department, have been aggregated in our portal to facilitate consultation and operation:

* Technical Park (B42)
* Departmental laboratory 31 EVA (B62)

The administrative account corresponds to the closure of the financial year and lists all expenditure and revenue realised during the year. This is an important element in the analysis of the community’s finances, as it makes it possible to observe the implementation of the budget and to measure the adequacy of the results to the objectives set.

It is established at the end of the year by the President of the Departmental Council. It shall be presented and put to the vote by the departmental councillors by 30 June of year N+ 1. It must be in line with the management account presented by the Departmental Payor (info: the departmental payer is a public accountant of the State who acts on behalf of a department. It has a dual function of cashier and payer. Its role is governed by the principle of separation between the authorising officer, here the department, and the accounting officer).
