"histograms.rar" is histograms of the H and V channels visualized frame-by-frame. "NayongCut2DenseHSVSeperate.mp4" is the result of dense optical flow method with the frame at 253 s as the reference frame. "histogramscut2.rar" is histograms of the H and V channels with the frame at 253 s as the reference frame.
