RPD Assets

Overview This feature service provides a comprehensive inventory of park and recreational assets managed by the Recreation and Park District. It includes detailed spatial data on various types of physical assets located within parks and properties across the service area. Feature Layer Assets - Point Layer: Represents a diverse collection of individual asset points such as benches, picnic tables, playground equipment, lighting fixtures, signage, and other infrastructure elements found throughout parks and recreational facilities. Each asset entry includes identifying information such as asset name, type, and subtype to classify the nature of the asset precisely. Location data fields for longitude and latitude enable accurate Geographic positioning. Additional attributes indicate the associated facility and property names and IDs as well as timestamps for creation and last edits to help maintain current asset records. Geographic Coverage The dataset covers assets within the jurisdiction of the Recreation and Park District, encompassing parks, facilities, and properties within the San Francisco Bay Area region. This ensures the data is localized for strategic asset management and public information.
