‘raw_lumicycle_data.xlsx’ contains the continuous raw signal traces as they came from the Lumicycle.
‘processed_lumicycle_data.xlsx’ contains the truncated raw signals traces (datapoints <5 hours and >142.6 hours were deleted) and the processed signal (detrended and envelope-normalized).
‘extracted_circadian_parameters_by_replicate_Bmal1_Per2.xlsx’ contains the extracted circadian parameters by individual signal trace. These parameters are used across the manuscript for characterization of the cell model’s circadian clock phenotype, for cross-correlations, and relationship analysis to drug sensitivity metrics.
