Dataset: From Compliance to Transformation: How Regulatory Reporting Influences the Adoption of Digital Solutions by Palestinian Water Utilities

This dataset is part of a PhD research project investigating the governance challenges affecting the water data management in Palestine and the water utilities adoption of digital solutions. It contains the primary data collected. Data collection took place remotely between 2023 and 2025. The dataset also contains link for secondary data, most of which are publicly available.
