Delineation of global, absolutely essential and conditionally essential pangenomes of Porphyromonas gingivalis

These data were generated to facilitate the generation of a multistrain pangenome of Porphyromonas gingivalis. Identification of ubiquitous genes in the pangenome, representing conserved biological targets, as well as rare genes will allow further insight into common and strain-specific genetic traits of this periodontal pathogen.
