Contracts

This open data set includes all Construction and Repair contracts, all Professional Services contracts, and General Services contract $5,000 and greater which are entered into the Contract module of the City's financial management system. Per City of Asheville Purchasing and Contracting policy, Small Procurement Transactions (which includes General Services up to $5,000) may be paid via procurement card or by submitting an invoice for direct payment. These transactions are not entered into the Contracting module, but are tracked in Accounts Payable module of the City's financial management system.
