We deeply sequenced amplicons for exon 3 and a region spanning exon 2 and 3 of mouse Sp140, as well as Sp140 homologs that may derive from the poorly mapped region in chromosome 1 of the mouse genome near the Sp140 locus. The purpose of this experiment was to identify Sp140 homologs that are edited in two lines of Sp140 KO mice and expressed in the lung during infection with M. tuberculosis.
