RNA-seq in MaV208 WT and mutant Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strains treated with DMSO, TSA, or E6R

As part of a larger study identifying novel HDAC complex inhibitors, WT cells were treated with DMSO, 20 μM TSA or 50 μM E6R to investigate changes in gene expression levels. Also, cultures of rpd3Δ and sin3Δ mutant strains treated with DMSO were investigated. Saccharomyces cerevisiae WT MaV208 cells were treated in triplicate (three biologically independent samples per group) with DMSO, 20 μM TSA or 50 μM E6R, then RNA was harvested and sequenced. Also, RNA was harvested from Saccharomyces cerevisiae sin3Δ and rpd3Δ mutant strains treated with DMSO (three biologically indpendent samples per group) and RNA-seq was performed.
