The coastal path is intended to allow pedestrians to access the shoreline of the sea and to walk as long as possible along the coastline.It refers to the entire open route along the sea.It does not have a unique legal status because it consists of sections of a different legal nature. Depending on the nature of the land bordering the maritime public domain, the trail passes over public domains of the state or local authorities, or private property.The entire route constituting the coastal trail includes the pathway open to pedestrians, the path line to be studied or accessible in the short term, the inaccessible coastline line. The sections are one of the main elements to identify the location, route and use of the coastal trail.
