We used soil samples from a centenary long-term static experiment (Bad Lauchstädt, Germany) with four different fertilization treatments (no fertilization, mineral fertilization, organic fertilization, combined mineral and organic fertilization). The effect of long-term nutrient input (113 years) on soil fungal community was determined by high-throughput amplicon pyrosequencing.
