16s rDNA sequencing of cecum of broilers infected with Eimeria tenella

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of natural medicine "Shiyingzi Powder" on cecal microorganisms of broilers infected with Eimeria tenella. This project involves blank group (uninfected coccidia, no drugs), model group (only infected coccidia, no drugs), "Shiyingzi Powder" low, middle high dose group, osthole group and positive drug group.
