资源简介:
This study examined clinical and neurophysiological predictors of 12-month recovery in 120 infants with obstetric brachial plexopathy. Good recovery (Active Movement Scale [AMS] ≥85) occurred in 86 infants (71.7%). Baseline AMS and compound muscle action potential were higher in infants with good versus poor recovery (74.1 vs 51.3 and 2.8 vs 2.0 mV, respectively). EMG showed greater discrimination (AUC 0.91) than AMS (0.81) or MRI (0.57).
