Define genes expressed by CD4 T cells in the lungs of Mycobacterium tuberculosis-infected mice Overall design: Lung cell homogenate from M. tuberculosis infected mice at day 28 of infection were stained with fluorophore-labeled tetramers for Ag85B and ESAT-6 peptide, then magnetically enriched for fluorphore labeled events. Tetramer-enriched cells underwent scRNA-seq.
