Data for: Temperature-regulated turnover of chromophoric dissolved organic matter in global dark marginal basins

The following Supplementary dataset 1 consists of data from 36 stations in the dark South China Sea and the adjacent Northwest Pacific (depth > 200m), which are presented in a table: Cruise information, Station ID, Latitude, Longitude, Samping Depth, Potential temperature, Salinity, apparent oxygen utilization (AOU), aCDOM(254), aCDOM(325), S275-295, peak A, peak M, and peak T. Supplementary dataset 2 provides data for the dark Mediterranean (Med) Sea and Japan Sea sourced from open source database and literature .
