通信运营商基站用电分析预警应用

运营商运维人员对基站用电情况不熟悉，不能第一时间了解基站设备供电运行情况，在设备停电时用户无法使用通信服务，造成通信客户投诉和用户体验感不佳的问题。为提高运营商全面掌握基站设备供电情况，通过收集分析网区基站计量点的瞬时量（电压、电流）数据，判断计量是否存在停电情况，并通过短信平台及时向相关用户预警，助力客户快速响应处置因供电问题引起的设备异常。

Telecom operators' operation and maintenance staff are unfamiliar with the power consumption conditions of base stations, and fail to obtain real-time information about the power supply operation status of base station equipment. When the equipment suffers a power outage, users cannot access communication services, leading to complaints from communication customers and degraded user experience. To help telecom operators fully master the power supply status of base station equipment, this dataset collects and analyzes the instantaneous data (voltage, current) from the metering points of base stations within the network area, identifies whether a power outage has occurred at the metering points, and delivers timely early warnings to relevant users via SMS platforms, so as to support customers in rapidly responding to and addressing equipment abnormalities caused by power supply issues.
