资源简介:
Alternative splicing (AS) is an important post-transcriptional regulatory mechanism in plants, playing a key role in immune signaling and defense responses. This review summarizes the multifaceted regulatory functions of alternative splicing in plant immunity, including its effects on immune receptors, and key components of hormone signaling pathways. It also elucidates how pathogen effectors remodel host immune networks by targeting splicing machinery and discusses the synergistic interplay between AS, RNA interference, and nonsense-mediated mRNA decay. Finally, the review highlights future research directions that integrate multi-omics and genome-editing technologies to uncover the mechanisms of pathogen-induced splicing reprogramming, providing theoretical insights for understanding plant immune regulation and developing disease-resistant crops.
