Dataset on the environmental growth conditions of methanogens, homoacetogens and sulfate reducers

This dataset describes the environmental growth conditions of the three major hydrogen oxidizing microbial groups (methanogens, homoacetogens and sulfate reducers) as detailed for each individual strain. Optimum and critical values for temperature salinity and pH are given for each strain along with data on pressure tolerances and special nutrient requirements where this information is available. The references are listed after each strain to enable more detailed reading.本数据集详细记录了三大类氢氧化微生物类群——产甲烷古菌（methanogens）、同型产乙酸菌（homoacetogens）及硫酸盐还原菌（sulfate reducers）的环境生长条件，且针对每一株菌株均提供了详尽信息。每株菌株的温度、盐度与pH值的最适值及临界值均已给出，同时附带现有可获取数据中的耐压性与特殊营养需求相关信息。参考文献附于每株菌株的信息之后，以供读者进行更深入的查阅研读。
