Clinical Application of HPV5+9 Extended Typing Detection in Cervical Cancer Screening: A Study from Lianyungang, China

This study investigated women in Lianyungang by collecting cervical exfoliated cells for TCT cytological diagnosis and HPV typing using the HPV5+9 method (HPV16/18/33/52/58 + nine other types). Pre-cancer screening combined colposcopy and histopathological examination to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.本研究以连云港地区女性为研究对象，通过采集宫颈脱落细胞开展液基薄层细胞学检查（Thinprep Cytologic Test，TCT）细胞学诊断，并采用HPV5+9分型法（涵盖HPV16/18/33/52/58型及其他9种亚型）完成人乳头瘤病毒（Human Papillomavirus，HPV）分型检测。本次癌前筛查联合应用阴道镜检查与组织病理学检查，以提升诊断的准确性与效率。
