Global Bioeconomy Research Dataset: Bibliometric Data and Scripts (Scopus 1969–2025)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed bibliometric data and scripts used to analyze global research trends in bioeconomy from 1969 to 2025, based on the Scopus database. The files included are: scopus.csv – Raw CSV export from Scopus containing 10,500 bibliographic records, including metadata such as authors, affiliations, citations, keywords, and publication years. dadosbiblio.csv – Processed and harmonized CSV prepared for bibliometric analysis, including field standardization and removal of duplicates. dadosbiblio.RData – Pre-processed R workspace containing objects ready for replication of all analyses. Script.txt – Script used in R to perform descriptive statistics, network analysis, and science mapping using Bibliometrix. The study examines annual growth rates, citation patterns, international collaboration networks, and leadership in scientific output, highlighting patterns of concentration in European countries and underrepresentation of biodiversity-rich regions, traditional knowledge, and benefit-sharing frameworks. Co-authorship and keyword networks were visualized using VOSviewer. The dataset supports full reproducibility of the figures, tables, and findings presented in the manuscript "Global Trends and Gaps in Bioeconomy Research: A Bibliometric Analysis in the Scopus Database (1969–2025)". Analyses were conducted using R (v4.X.X), Bibliometrix (v4.X), and VOSviewer (v1.X). The dataset provides a foundation for further bibliometric, scientometric, and policy-oriented studies in bioeconomy research.
