Approved by WCEDThis dataset comprises qualitative data collected from four participants at a primary school in the Western Cape, South Africa. The research explored the influence of school violence on teachers' job practices and well-being. Data were gathered using <b>semi-structured interviews</b> and <b>feedback forms</b>, designed to elicit rich, personal accounts related to the following questions:What types of school violence do teachers experience in a Western Cape primary school?How do teachers' experiences of school violence affect their job practices and overall well-being?The interviews were conducted in a safe, confidential setting and allowed participants to elaborate on their lived experiences. The feedback forms supplemented the interviews by capturing reflective and written insights from each participant. All data were anonymised to protect participants' identities and are stored in accordance with ethical research standards.
