This dataset supports the research paper “User-Centered Evaluation of BSI Mobile Banking Application with the HEART Framework” submitted to an IEEE Scopus-indexed conference.It contains raw and processed data collected through a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to evaluate the BSI Mobile Banking Application using Google’s HEART Framework (Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, Task Success). This dataset can be used by researchers and practitioners for: Replicating the study and validating findings Benchmarking mobile banking applications Exploring user experience (UX) metrics in financial technology Applying alternative UX evaluation models in mobile app research All data have been anonymized to protect participant privacy.
