PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet containing fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 10 μm or more and fine fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1 μm or less， in which the occurrence of twisting is suppressed. SOLUTION: A sheet of the present invention includes: a first cellulose fiber having a phosphorous acid group or a substituent derived from a phosphorous acid group and having a fiber width of 10 μm or more; and a second cellulose fiber having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less.
