Recurrent oxalate kidney stone disease are characteristic symptomatic phase of hyperoxaluria and leading cause of the oxalate related complications in human. Since, humans cannot metabolize oxalate, it acts as a uremic toxin thus has a significant impact on human health however recurrent episodes are consistent in stone belt areas. In the present study, we assessed gut microbiota of recurrent kidney stone suffers to explore the extent of dysbiosis occurred and compared it with the healthy subjects.
