Data to reproduce the figures in the Optica paper "Geophysical sensing using Jones matrices extracted from submarine optical cable transceivers carrying live traffic" by A. Mecozzi et al.

The .csv files contained the time in the form yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS.FFF, and the three components of the compensated rotation vector Delta phi_1, Delta phi_2, Delta phi_3 and the three components of the uncompensated rotation vector phi_1, phi_2, phi_3. The compensation was performed over a time window T_win of 300 s. In TAV_CAT.csv the data refer to the Jones matrix extracted from the receiver in Tel Aviv of the Catania Tel Aviv link, with the names of the other files following the same structure.
