"Isoko. Behandlung Aussätziger im Leprakrankenhaus. Dr. med. O. Fischer" ("Isoko. Treatment of lepers in the leprosy hospital. Dr. O. Fischer"). On the left the thatched treatment house; in the background a fence made of bamboo canes. On the right a group of ca. 20 crouching or seated Africans. Among them a standing African assistant with a medicine bottle in his left hand. In the center a group of four standing African men and a male patient seated on a chair.
