将保存的酒糟菌和马铃薯干腐病病原真菌活化于培养基平板后，接种至供试培养基平板上进行对峙培养；发酵配方及条件优化时将活化后的菌株接种至相应的液体培养基中摇瓶培养。

After activating the preserved distillers' fungi and the pathogenic fungi causing potato dry rot on agar medium plates, they were inoculated onto the test medium plates for dual culture. When optimizing the fermentation formula and culture conditions, the activated strains were inoculated into the corresponding liquid media for shake-flask cultivation.
