Replication Data for: Securing the Digital Edge: How Security Management Mediates the Impact of ICT Infrastructure on Firm Performance in Emerging Markets.

This repository contains the replication data and analysis scripts for the study of the nexus between ICT infrastructure, security management, and organizational performance in emerging economies. Using a comprehensive dataset of 9,966 formal firms from Peru's Annual Economic Survey (EEA 2024), the research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to explore how security acts as a strategic mediator. The results demonstrate that ICT infrastructure is the primary driver of both security investment and performance, with security management channeling 17.6% of the total effect on firm growth and scale.
