Quantitative comparison of three main metabolites in leaves of coffea accessions

Dataset shows the metabolic content in leaves of 80 coffee accessions, sampled on July 20, 2019 from the germoplasm bank, located at the University of Chapingo in Huatusco, Veracruz, Mexico. Samples were processed by UPLC-MS/MS for quantification of caffeine, trigonelline and neochlorogenic acid (5-caffeoylquinic acid). Data are presented as percentage with their respective standard deviation.本数据集涵盖80份咖啡种质材料（coffee accessions）的叶片代谢组分信息，样本于2019年7月20日采自墨西哥韦拉克鲁斯州瓦图斯科查平戈大学（University of Chapingo）的种质库。样本通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱（UPLC-MS/MS）处理，完成咖啡因、葫芦巴碱与新绿原酸（5-咖啡酰奎宁酸）的定量检测，数据以百分比形式呈现，并附带对应标准差。
