PLEDGE Policy Document Corpus Dataset

This dataset contains an Excel file of policy material collected in PLEDGE – Politics of Grievance and Democratic Governance project, funded by the European Union's Horizon Europe Programme (Grant Agreement No. 101132560) as well as a related README file. The Excel file consist of a corpus of 96 policy documents (including parliamentary debates and regulatory material) from the European Parliament, European Commission, Council of the EU, European Council, European External Action Service (EEAS), European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine and national administrations (National Energy and Climate Plans from those PLEDGE countries that are EU Member States), collected between 6 October 2025 and 21 June 2026.
