资源简介:
Uncultivable approaches are followed for understanding microbial community diversity and in turn their eco-physiology governing their dynamics of two hotsprings; Atri (Latitude: 20013â32.784ââN, Longitude: 85029â58.485ââE), and Taptapani (Latitude: 19030â16.8ââN, Longitude: 84024â4.6ââE) of Odisha, India. Sediment samples were collected from two different sulphur hot springs of Odisha: Atri and Taptapani with a gradient temperature ranging from 48DegC to 58DegC and pH from 7.5 to 8.5. Metagenomic DNA samples were subjected to paired-end multiplex high throughput sequencing using Illumina GAIIx sequencer. The differential community response to the gradient in temperature and pH in two different hotsprings are illustrated here at genus and species level including unknown.
