资源简介：
The TrEnD laboratory has a dynamic research program with funding from ARC Discovery, ARC Linkage, NHMRC, NSF and industry. It is increasingly using a container within Pawsey (pawsey0159) to process data. We have a team of ~20 students and stuff using this resource. We are requesting (in the first instance 10 TB of storage where we can load analysed DNA sequence data. Data in the form of data analyses using pipelines will have associated meta data stored within the files. Ultimately data may be deposited on GenBank of DataDryad.
