In this study, we investigated the effects of ferroptosis and innate immunity on gut microbiota and its metabolites in CIA mice, and attempted to investigate the novel mechanism of RA treatment by microbiota. Mice were divided into five groups, which were CON group, CIA group, erastin group, BzATP group and BzATP+erastin group. The effects of erastin and BzATP on the composition and metabolites of the microbiota of CIA mice were investigated by 16S rDNA gene sequencing and metabolomic analysis.
