RNA-seq and small RNA-seq covering three genotypes of medaka gonad at three phases of gonadal differentiation [small RNA-seq]

Goal of this study is the miRNA expression analysis at three time points: 10 days post-hatch (D10), 30 days post-hatch (D30), and 120 days post-hatch (D120) among XYDMY- females (MT_Fe_Ov), WT females (WT_Fe_Ov) and males (WT_Ma_Te).
