飞机作为20世纪以来最伟大的发明之一，极大的便利了人们的交通出行，拉近了世界各地的距离，但也因为其空中飞行的特点给人们带来更多未知性。随着科技的进步和航空业的发展，航空安全也在不断进步，通过采用先进的技术设备、制定严格的规章制度、加强人员培训和安全文化建设等措施，航空安全水平得到了显著提升。然而，航空安全仍面临诸多挑战，如人为因素、技术故障、恐怖活动等，需要各方共同努力，持续改进和创新，以保障航空运输的安全和可持续发展。 从统计数据来看，人类历史上飞机失事的第一个高峰是在二战时期，在上世纪40年代，飞机作为重要飞行工具被大量应用到二战中，1944年和1945年事故量分别达到1505起和1444起，平均每天都有4架飞机发生事故，之后随着战争结束事故量逐渐降低。进入21世纪以来，随着航空安全技术的发展，事故量明显下降。2024年全球共发生了190起飞行事故（截至12月29日），是近三年内事故量最少的一年。
Airplanes, as one of the greatest inventions since the 20th century, have drastically facilitated human travel and bridged the geographical gaps across the globe; yet their airborne nature also introduces greater uncertainties to public safety and daily operations. With the advancement of technology and the development of the aviation industry, aviation safety has been continuously improved. Measures such as adopting advanced technical equipment, formulating strict rules and regulations, strengthening personnel training and safety culture construction have significantly elevated the level of aviation safety. However, aviation safety still faces numerous challenges, including human factors, technical failures, terrorist activities and other issues. All relevant parties need to make joint efforts, continue to improve and innovate, so as to guarantee the safety and sustainable development of air transportation. According to statistical data, the first peak of aviation accidents in human history occurred during World War II. In the 1940s, airplanes were widely used as important aviation assets during World War II, with the annual accident counts reaching 1,505 and 1,444 in 1944 and 1945 respectively, averaging 4 aircraft accidents per day. The number of accidents gradually declined after the end of the war. Since the start of the 21st century, with the advancement of aviation safety technologies, the global aviation accident volume has dropped remarkably. As of December 29, 2024, a total of 190 flight accidents occurred worldwide in 2024, making it the year with the fewest number of accidents over the past three years.
