Thermal variation significantly affects insect physiology, cellular balance, and stress resilience. In this study, we conducted a comparative proteomic analysis of Galleria mellonella larvae exposed to three temperatures (18, 30, and 37 °C) for 24 and 48 hours to understand the molecular responses over time to thermal stress. Twodimensional gel electrophoresis followed by LC–MS/MS identified distinct sets of proteins uniquely expressed at each temperature–time combination, as well as a core group consistently present across treatments.
温度波动显著影响昆虫的生理机能、细胞稳态与应激抗逆性。本研究针对暴露于18℃、30℃及37℃三种温度条件下24小时与48小时的大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella)幼虫开展比较蛋白质组学分析,以解析其随时间变化的热应激分子响应机制。本研究采用双向凝胶电泳结合液相色谱-串联质谱(LC–MS/MS)的技术流程,鉴定得到在各温度-时间组合下特异性表达的蛋白谱,以及在所有处理组中均稳定存在的核心蛋白组。
