Carotenoid sequestration in cassava roots

Raw data from metabolite profiling (GC-MS), volatile analysis (SPME-GC-MS), untargeted metabolomics (LC-QTof) and lipidomics: glyceride analysis and HILIC lipid analysis (LC-QTof). Samples included lines from three cassava populations bred for b-carotene content (GM5270, GM5309 and GM3736/3732). The latter was grown over several years (2017/2018 and 2020).本数据集涵盖以下分析产生的原始数据：代谢谱分析（气相色谱-质谱联用，GC-MS）、挥发性成分分析（固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用，SPME-GC-MS）、非靶向代谢组学（液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱，LC-QTof）以及脂质组学分析——其中脂质组学包含甘油酯分析和亲水相互作用色谱（Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography, HILIC）脂质分析，两类分析均采用液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱（LC-QTof）。本数据集的样本来自3个以β-胡萝卜素（β-carotene）含量为选育目标的木薯群体株系（GM5270、GM5309及GM3736/3732）。其中GM3736/3732的种植覆盖多个年度，包括2017/2018年与2020年。
