We asked whether there were any expression changes in liver genes associated with loss of betaine homocysteine methyltransferase (BHMT) function and how do they relate across time, at 4 and 52 weeks. We computed the robust multichip average (RMA) normalized expression of 34,472 genes available for analysis.
