资源简介:
The dataset focuses on the institutionalization of international internships in higher education institutions in Norway, specifically examining key informants' perspectives on the development and implementation of these programs. The methodology employed consists of document review, ethnographic inquiry, and nine semi-structured interviews with purposively selected key informants from two institutions, including education program managers, deans or vice-deans, faculty directors, internationalization advisors, and department leaders. The interview guide explores five main areas: the interviewee's background and role, the institution's response to externally financed projects, decision-making processes, potential contingencies in implementing internship projects, and recommendations for improvement. The data analysis utilizes Gioia methodology for qualitative data analysis, combined with multiple case studies, providing insights into the underlying normative aspects of institutionalizing international internships in young Norwegian universities. The dataset consists of processed and anonymized data.
