Data and R code for diel variability in greenhouse gas fluxes from a Typha-dominated treatment wetland

This repository contains the datasets and R code supporting the manuscript “Diel variability in greenhouse gas fluxes from a Typha-dominated treatment wetland.” The study was conducted in the Vända free-water-surface treatment wetland in southeastern Estonia and compares greenhouse gas fluxes from open-water and Typha latifolia-dominated zones. The repository includes biweekly measurements collected from May to October 2024, three 24-h diel campaigns conducted in June, July and August 2024, sediment carbon and nitrogen data, and the R code used for the statistical analyses and figures.
