Raw data of Basil plants grown in a greenhouse in NL in different soilless root environments (Aeroponic, Hydroponic deep water and Ebb-flood). Data describes root oxygen conditions, plant growth (root and shoot) and physiological responses such as aerenchyma formation (derived from OCT imaging) and ethylene accumulation in the root tissue. Experiments were carried out in 2 consecutive years (slightly different focus of research each year) with 3 repetitions in time each year.

本数据集为荷兰(NL)某温室中,在气雾栽培(Aeroponic)、深水培(Hydroponic deep water)与潮汐灌溉(Ebb-flood)三种不同无土栽培根系环境下种植的罗勒植株的原始数据。数据涵盖根系氧气状况、植株生长(根系与地上部)情况,以及通气组织(aerenchyma)形成(源自光学相干断层成像(OCT))、根系组织内乙烯积累等生理响应指标。本次实验连续开展两年,每年的研究侧重点略有差异,且每年设置3次时间重复。
